We believe rental properties can be uplifting and inviting places to live. We strive to make each property one that we’d live in. We welcome families and honest people searching for a great place to live.
Of course, every property is not right for every tenant, but we’ll work with any qualified applicant to find a property that supports their lifestyle and contributes positively to their quality of life.
Our Experience
We have lived in 15 states and over 35 homes – both owned and rented. We’ve rented in massive apartment complexes, duplexes, and single family homes as well as living in some pretty nice homes that we’ve owned. We have experienced everything from asphalt tile floors to cut glass chandeliers.
These years of experience impact our decisions on the details of each property we develop. We are determined that our tenants will never relive our worst experiences, and that they’ll benefit from the best of the things we’ve seen.
Neighborhoods – you’ll find our properties in the most stable areas of the city. Typically, our properties will be single family homes in established, even prestigious, neighborhoods – not adjacent to waves of apartment complexes, mobile home parks, or other areas characterized by high turnover and lack of a cohesive community.
Charm – we strive to make every property a unique and inviting home environment. Typical apartments are a series of vanilla boxes constructed with cost minimization and “efficiency” in mind. We promise you’ll never experience that at one of our properties. Instead, look for unique floor plans, accent walls, artful light fixtures, and other distinctive touches that will make your home unique.
Service – we’re not perfect, nor are our properties, but we promise to respond to problems with a sense of urgency. A group of professional tradesmen and craftsmen will evaluate the problem and find both immediate and longer term solutions.
